We stayed here in February 2013, most impressive and picturesque place on can imagine literally just a few miles from the Franz Josef Glacier and surrounding mountains and turbulent fast rivers. The receptionist was most professional, friendly and helpful. We went for long walks almost next to the Glacier and local rivers including the local national park area. The park was full of birds of various kinds, bees and butterflies, a paradise for Nature Lovers and Biologists.
On the advise from our receptionist, we went to the local spas, this was most enjoyable and invigorating.
