Rates are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST). Rates vary between the summer and winter season. Winter is our off peak rate season. Please check 'Bookings" for specials and up to date rates. Minimum of two night stays from 26th December until the 30th March may apply.

Rates are based on 1 or 2 persons occupying a unit. Extra person charges of $20pp apply.
Cot and highchair are available free of charge. Minimum night stay may apply over January and Febuary.
