Cancellation Policy:
We require 48 hours notice of a cancellation or a charge of one night's accommodation will be made if your room cannot be re-let. Not showing up at all will incur a charge of one night's accommodation. Any change to a confirmed reservation on, or within 48 hours of your arrival may incur a charge.
Smokefree policy: All of our studio are strictly non-smoking. Ash trays are provided out side. If we find that smoking has occured we reserve the right to charge your credit card for the full amount for extra cleaning and up to one nights accommodation if the room can not be re-let.The following rates are valid commercing 1 October 08, expiring 30 September 2010.
Rates are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST). Rates vary between the summer and winter season. Winter is our off peak rate season.

Rates are based on 1 or 2 persons occupying a unit. Extra person charges of $20pp apply.
Cot and highchair are available free of charge.
